Dale founded the business in 2021, bringing over 25 years of experience across industry, government and environmental consulting.
His career spans the land development, mining, infrastructure and government sectors, where he has led many high profile and significant projects across most states in Australia.
Dale is known for calm, considered leadership and clear communication – qualities that translate directly into better outcomes for the project teams and clients he works with. His regulatory knowledge and technical depth enable proactive, strategic advice that keeps projects moving and avoids unexpected issues.
Throughout his career Dale has engaged regularly with boards, senior government officers and Ministers, and holds extensive networks across multiple jurisdictions. He places a high value on achieving positive environmental and community outcomes and brings that same commitment to client, stakeholder and regulator relationships.
Dale has held Partner, Senior Principal and Associate Director positions with mid-size and large engineering firms, both in Perth and in Canberra. Dale also brings experience from positions on Boards, within industry, industry associations and the Commonwealth Government.
