Dylan leads Terravias’ South West office and bushfire team, bringing over ten years of consulting experience in the private sector.
With a background in town planning, he has developed a strong understanding of the interrelationships between the Western Australian planning system and the bushfire regulatory framework, a combination that gives him a distinctive edge in navigating approvals that sit across both disciplines.
Dylan enjoys working with clients, regulators and project teams to find practical, well-considered pathways through approvals, always with a focus on delivering safe development outcomes.
Dylan holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, a Graduate Diploma in Bushfire Protection and is an accredited Level 3 Bushfire Planning and Design (BPAD) practitioner.
